Delete your Georgian APPA account

You can delete your account at any time, from the website or the Georgian APPA app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

In the app: Account → Security → Delete account.
On the website: sign in, open Personal information, and choose Delete account.
Cannot sign in? Write to us from the email address of your account through the contact page and we will help you.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details (email, name, phone, password)
Saved cars, trips, checklists and buy-again drafts
Your notification settings and account activity history
Every signed-in device, which is signed out immediately

What we must keep

Orders, insurance policies, fine payments, eSIM orders and their payment records. Insurers, tax and accounting rules require us to keep them; they are no longer linked to an account.
A security log of sign-in events, without codes, passwords or plain email addresses.
If you later sign in again with the same email, those kept orders are linked to the new account.
