What we collect: when you request a quote or buy a policy, we collect the information required by our insurance partners to issue it — your name, date of birth, ID/passport details, contact information, vehicle or trip details, and payment confirmation.
How we use it: your data is used solely to prepare, issue, and confirm your insurance policy, to send you your digital policy and order updates by email, and to provide customer support.
Who we share it with: we share your data only with the licensed Georgian insurance company that issues your policy, and with our payment processor, Stripe, to process your payment. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where required by law.
Payment security: card details are never stored on our servers — all payments are processed exclusively through Stripe’s PCI-compliant, secure infrastructure.
Data retention: we keep your order and policy data for as long as necessary to comply with insurance, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Cookies: we use only the minimum cookies necessary to operate the site and, where enabled, basic analytics to understand site usage. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
