Georgian APPA is a service operated by BoostYou Technologies LLC, a technology company registered in the United States (registered address: 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801). We are an independent online agent platform and intermediary focused on foreigners entering Georgia with foreign-registered vehicles and other travel needs. We are not an insurance company, regulator, or government service. Compulsory Georgian motor insurance is arranged through Georgia's official compulsory insurance system and participating insurers. Travel medical insurance is offered through INGO Armenia. Our planned eSIM service will be provided through Zetexa.

What we collect: when you request a quote or buy a policy, we collect the information required by our insurance partners to issue it — your name, date of birth, ID/passport details, contact information, vehicle or trip details, and payment confirmation.

How we use it: we use your data to process insurance applications, issue and deliver policies, confirm payments, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. Where you consent, we also use limited data for analytics and advertising measurement.

Who we share it with: we share your data only with the providers needed to deliver what you bought or run the service — Georgia's compulsory insurance system and participating insurers for compulsory car insurance, INGO Armenia for travel medical insurance, Zetexa once the eSIM service launches, Stripe for payment processing, and service providers who host our website, database, email, analytics, and advertising tools. We do not sell your data.

Payment security: card details are never stored on our servers — all payments are processed exclusively through Stripe’s PCI-compliant, secure infrastructure.

Data retention: we keep your order and policy data for as long as necessary to comply with insurance, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Cookies and tracking: necessary cookies help the site function. If you consent, we may also use Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica for website analytics, and Meta Pixel or Google Ads tools for advertising measurement. You can accept, reject, or change these preferences later from the cookie settings link in the footer.

Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the details listed on this site.
