• Commercial checkout prices are treated separately from statutory premiums or legal minimums.
• Articles are written to explain the customer-facing process in plain language, not to restate legislation word-for-word.

How factual claims are checked

• Legal or regulatory statements are checked against primary sources such as Matsne legislation, the Compulsory Insurance Centre, or official government and embassy notices.
• Where a page discusses a statutory premium, fine, entry rule, exemption, or required minimum cover, Georgian APPA aims to cite or name the relevant authoritative source near that claim.
• If a primary source and a secondary explanation conflict, the primary source takes precedence.

How updates and corrections are handled

• Important pages are reviewed again when Georgian APPA becomes aware of a legal, pricing, or process change.
• Material corrections are made directly in the source of truth used to render the website, including article content and metadata where needed.
• A visible review date is shown on important pages so readers can judge freshness.

Commercial role and independence

Georgian APPA is an independent commercial agent platform and intermediary focused on foreign drivers and travellers. It is not a Georgian government authority, and it does not describe its own total customer price as a statutory government premium.
