Terms & Conditions
By using Georgian APPA, operated by BoostYou Technologies LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Last reviewed:
Our role: Georgian APPA is a technology platform and independent online intermediary that lets you request, purchase, and manage policies issued by partner providers. We are not the insurer, regulator, or government authority. Compulsory Georgian motor insurance is arranged through Georgia's official compulsory insurance system and participating insurers; travel medical insurance is offered through INGO Armenia. The insurance contract, its coverage, and its terms are governed by the issuing provider and the law applicable to it.
Accuracy of information: information you provide during checkout (personal details, vehicle details, trip dates) must be accurate and truthful. You are responsible for any delay, rejection, or invalidity of coverage caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Policy issuance: once payment is confirmed, your policy or certificate is issued by our insurance partner and delivered to you digitally by email, typically within minutes.
Payments: all payments are processed securely online through Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout before you pay.
Cancellations and changes: cancellation, correction, and refund requests depend on the issuing insurer's rules, whether coverage has already started, and whether the policy can still be amended. Contact Georgian APPA as soon as possible if you need a correction, and we will explain the options available in your case.
Support: Georgian APPA customer-support availability may vary. For urgent medical or travel-assistance cases, use the emergency assistance contact shown on your policy or certificate.
Limitation of liability: as a technology intermediary, our liability is limited to the accurate processing of your order and timely delivery of your policy. Claims relating to insurance coverage, accidents, or medical events are handled directly by the issuing insurance company under its own policy terms.
Changes to these terms: we may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
