Frequently asked questions
Yes. Starting January 1, 2026, all foreign nationals entering Georgia must hold a valid travel medical insurance policy covering their entire stay — at least USD 5,000 for emergency outpatient care and USD 30,000 for hospital treatment. Border officers may ask for proof at airports and land crossings.
Depending on the plan (up to €30,000, €50,000, or €100,000), it covers medical expenses, assistance organization, medical evacuation, posthumous repatriation, personal accident insurance, civil liability, passport loss, and COVID-19 related costs. Available for travelers aged 0–100.
Yes. Fill in the first traveler, add them to the cart, then repeat for each additional traveler and pay for everyone in a single checkout.
Right after payment the certificate is issued and emailed to you. Keep it on your phone — that’s enough to show at the border.
Contact our 24/7 support by phone or WhatsApp — we will immediately connect you with the insurer’s emergency assistance service.
