Visa-free entry does not change this. A policy from a Kazakh insurer is accepted if it covers Georgia, every day of the trip and the full sum, and the certificate is in English or Georgian — one in Russian or Kazakh only does not meet the rule. There are two ways to drive to Georgia from Kazakhstan: overland through Russia to Upper Lars (3,000+ km, two border regimes), or the Kuryk (Aktau) – Alyat (Baku) ferry and then the Red Bridge crossing from Azerbaijan.
