Car insurance for driving to Georgia: what the law requires
Every foreign-registered car, campervan, motorcycle or other vehicle driven in Georgia must carry Georgian compulsory third-party liability insurance (TPL, also called APPA) for the whole time it is in the country. Police check policies electronically by plate number, so the policy only has to be valid — you don't need to print it.
